This website is owned by Va de Pádel (vadpadel.com), contact vadpadel@gmail.com. Hosting and email delivery are provided by suppliers that process the data on our behalf, including Firebase (Google).

2. Terms of use

Access to this site is free and does not require registration. By browsing it you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the site.

The content of this site is informative and does not form any binding offer. Organiser plans are contracted inside the app, once it is available.
You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to access restricted areas or to interfere with the operation of the service.
The site has no user accounts and no bookings: the app is not available yet, and here we only collect the data from the email you write to us.

3. Intellectual property

The name, logo, colours, design and code of this site and of the app belong to Va de Pádel (vadpadel.com). Reproducing them without prior authorisation is not allowed.

4. Liability

We try to make sure the information on this site is accurate and up to date, but we are not responsible for typos or for service interruptions outside our control. Details of clubs, courts and times are published by the clubs themselves, so it is worth checking them before you set off.

5. Third-party links

This site may link to pages we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy policy.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
